My Monograms is committed to keeping your information safe! It is the policy of My Monograms to never sell, disclose, share, or rent any information with any one not associated with My Monograms. Paypal or other payment processors may use your personal information necessary to complete your order.
Refunds
Your complete satisfaction is my goal. If you receive an item in error or a mistake was made in your personalization please contact me immediately for a resolution. Please note that personalized items are not returnable unless the mistake was ours.
Product Availability
Product availability is sometimes limited in size, color, and style is often subject to my vendors availability. Often certain popular colors and styles are backordered. I do my best to maintain this site to only list what I carry in stock or can readily order from my vendors. Should an item not be available once an order is placed, I will contact you immediately and refund any charges.
Ordering Information & Shipping
Once you have placed your order, processing and production on personalized items is generally 10 days. Items ship immediately after production on the same or next business day. Please note that holiday processing times maybe increased due to heavy volume and transit time. I ship using US Priority Mail and shipping charges typically equal about 12% of your total. If the actual shipping charge is significantly lower than the amount paid, I will refund the difference.
Sales Tax
As required by law, we must charge 5% sales tax to all orders shipped to a destination within the state of Virginia. This also applies to pick-up orders.
Gift Wrap
Gift Wrap and personalized note are available for an addtional charge. Please contact me regarding these options.
